Our
very good friends, Grace & Barry, met us for an evening in Reno.
We spent one more night there, then went to their home in Auburn,
CA for a visit.
One of the highlights of this visit was getting to see Shadow, a Yorkshire Terrier that I had given to Grace & Barry before we moved to Hawaii. He wasn't happy about posing for pictures, and when he did, he obviously thought it would pay to advertise! He is a very fortunate boy to have such a wonderful home and it really shows - what a happy dog! He also has a very large "sister" named Taffy, a yellow lab, who never did sit still for a picture.
Grace & Barry live in a rural area, and as we drove in, we saw several fields full of sheep. We had been curious to see whether Scooch would show any herding instinct, and took her for a walk to see what her reaction would be. As you can see, she found the sheep very interesting once they got her attention!
